group sessions consist of drills geared to improve your IQ, ball handling, footwork, passing, shSmallooting, defense, pick & roll options/reads, how to use on ball and off ball screens, beat the second line of defense, and more. This environment will allow you to gain more individualized instruction, more detailed game and skill breakdowns, and increased repetitions while competing with your peers and learning how to be a great teammate.
